Jason has sold over 45 million dollars in real estate while in the new home industry. He worked for the world’s largest insurance restoration company.  Here he was sent away for numerous classes and training in areas such as – fire damage restoration, water damage assessment, mold training, lead certified – just too skim the surface. He worked with insurance companies on a daily basis to prepare a scope of work to settle claims from fire, water, and storm damage. He has the eye of an inspector and the knowledge of a professional renovator.  He knows what to look for and the severity of one issue over another. He can help ease the mind in certain situations by explaining the path needed to remedy the issue and help make the proper decision when it is time for you to walk away from certain properties – due to condition, monetary restrictions of remedying issues. He can inspect roofs, attics, basements, and foundations.
